The lack of a web entry proves nothing about whether an arrest occurred. A person may have been released, transferred, cited without jail intake, held elsewhere, or omitted because the requested facts are restricted. Court dates should be checked through UJS, and bond terms should be confirmed against the issuing court's docket. Jail staff do not maintain the court calendar.
